What now?

Plot twist: My van is wrecked! 🫠

I was really hoping I wouldn’t be posting this, but here we are…

Long story short: On October 28th I went to an event with a friend and a reckless driver crashed into my van while it was parked; totaling it and wrecking everything I’ve worked hard for in the last 3 years.  I moved into this van in August 2023, and I was only a couple months away from going on the cross-country road trip of my wildest dreams. 

Since the wreck, I’ve been hoping for the best and keeping myself grounded in gratitude. Knowing that my Twilight is gone has been hard, to say the least, but I am so grateful that I am safe and taken care of.  I’m grateful we were still at the event when it happened, and my pets weren’t in the van either. I’m grateful I have such an amazing support system. 

The feelings I’m going through have been insane, and I have more questions than answers on most days. What will I do next? We’ll find out on the next episode! 

I’m still figuring it out. All I know is that I don’t want to give up on my traveling artist dreams, so I guess we’re starting over…again.

This van gave me the courage I needed to keep going and opened me up to best years I’ve had so far. This isn’t the end; it’s just a new beginning filled with endless possibilities.

I guess I just wanna say thank you for bearing with me. I’m so infinitely grateful to the ones that are still here after it all. I can’t believe we’re still here!! I can’t imagine where I’d be without the support I’ve gotten. To be able to make art full time is a blessing I don’t take for granted.
